Well, it’s finally December and it’s the most wonderful time of year in Denton, we think. Holiday Lighting Festival and Wassail Weekend is this upon us, and we cannot wait to fill up at some of our favorite Wassail Stops! We hope you’re somewhere warm right now, maybe with a cup of hot coffee and some smooth jazz on in the back, because baby, we’ve got your Den10 right here.

Oaktopia put on quite the show this weekend and between Oaktopia, the food truck festival, dog days of Denton, and all of the normal Denton festivities, there was a lot of stuff going on and y'all seemed to take photos of all of it. At this point we're assuming you're super excited about Oaktopia already. We certainly are! This year is a promising weekend of day panels and evening lineups that are incredibly well-curated and we encourage you to buy some tickets and go see all of it. These guys have got it going on, they’ve hit their stride in their third year and we expect bigger and better things from them for years to come. Read MoreDenton has been food truck friendly for a few years now. Heck, we even have a food truck park now. There are a dozen or so trucks that either are based out of Denton, or make it a point to stop by on a weekly basis. While we don't always get to see every single truck we'd like to, and we haven't seen a night as packed as that food truck festival at the DCTA station a few years ago, we still love having the option around. Tonight, however, there are fourteen trucks visiting various parts of Oak and Austin St. and we're pretty pumped about it. Read on to find out what we're looking forward to eating this evening. Warning, we're going to be eating a lot so get ready now (maybe skip lunch).
