This month, we pick the two minds behind Shepherd Dog: Brandy Thomas and David Brunow. Shepherd Dog works with small businesses and non-profits to help them with technology services such as websites and app development. We often find ourselves thinking that Denton needs more great restaurants. Mostly this is because Denton just plain old needs more great restaurants. Now, don't get us wrong. This isn't a slam to our current restaurant scene, but as a person who eats out a good deal, less is not more when it comes to choosing where to have dinner. We have often caught ourselves saying, "we need more restaurants, just not more pizza or burgers," but boy were we wrong. Pizza Snob, Denton's newest dough and cheese slinger, just opened off the square on Hickory St. at the base of H Squared. If you haven't been yet, head over the check them out.
