OFFBEAT DENTON ODDITIES ROUND 5

THE DEN10: NOVEMBER 18

What a week. Supermoons, beaver moons and the kids are getting restless in the face of Thanksgiving break. We all need that break. To return home and ground ourselves in our people and accidentally eat our weight in pie. This week we’ve got a great lineup ranging from Star Wars to a very serious conversation about domestic violence in our community at North Branch Library. As always, show us your greatest hits and misses by hash tagging #WDDI and if you cut the muffin, you might just be featured in our post on Monday.

Questions comments and trigger word warnings can be sent to glen@wedentondoit.com.

WHAT WE DID: JANUARY 18TH 2016

Every Monday, we like to share a few photos from town that have been tagged #WDDI on Instagram. This week, we have 18 photos from the past seven days of life in Denton, TX. UNT and TWU both start back up for the spring semester tomorrow and it is shaping up to be a busy one. In addition, today is Martin Luther King day. The DRC has a list of a few events going on today that you can still take part in.

If you'd like to be included in What We Did, tag your images with #WDDI on Instagram, and check back here next Monday. We encourage you to search the hashtag #WDDI and check out all of the other awesome photos that we were unable to include this week. Click the images below to be led back to the photographer's Instagram page.
