THE DEN10: APRIL 13TH 2018

SHAUN TREAT

Weekend weather keeps us guessing, but spring is definitely here in predicatably unpredictable Texas fashion! What is predictable, tho, is a ton of events to keep our social dance card full! Here is a look at our top #DEN10 events to check out as y’all are out and about #DENTONING this Friday 13th weekend.

THURSDAY, April 12th

Acid Koolaid Festival | Backyard On Bell | 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Thursday at Backyard On Bell kicks off a slew of music venues taking part in the 2018 Acid Koolaid Festival through Sunday, a trippy North Texas based music fest, gathering the best local artists and musicians from the DFW Metroplex and beyond to totally obliterate our brains!!! The festival features (5) stages showcasing more than 40+ live bands along with a variety of visual installations and installments provided by the amazingly talented Weird Destiny Productions and newly founded Rotsnaze Artists Collective. Thursdays are also always poppin’ downtown with Glitterbomb at Andy’s, a bicycle social ride at Eastside, Salsa dancing at Mulberry St. Cantina, live jazz at Steve’s Wine Bar, and Business of the Arts panel at GDAC, so plenty of good choices around the Square.
