Pulp and the Paper Maker | South Branch Library | 3:30 | Free
Join Melissa Haas, owner of Perks by Melissa, to learn about trees and then make some of your own paper. This event is best for kids ages 5-8.
Community Heroes Storytime | South Branch Library | 10am, 11am | Free
Spend some time focusing on the library's summer reading program theme this summer by hearing story's about community heroes and meeting some local heroes afterwards.
FRIDAY, JULY 10TH
Splish Splash StoryTime | Waterworks Park | Free | 10am
Go take your kids to story time at the children's play pool at Waterworks Park for free. Isn't summer awesome? Participants will be limited to the Children’s Play Pool and must leave the park by 10:45am after story time.
Mad Scientist: Super Heroes Assembly | South Branch Library | Free | 3:30pm
Learn about the science of super heroes at this event at South Branch Library on Friday. Seating is first-come-first-served so maybe get there a little early.
SATURDAY, JULY 11TH
UNT Sky Theater Show | UNT Sky Theatre | $3 | Noon
This month's children's show at the UNT Sky Theater is The Season's Reasons and focuses on the how and the why of weather. All ages for only $3.
