Seen and Heard is our weekly foray into family-friendly activities going on in Denton, TX every week. This week you're gonna have your hands full. Aside from the beautiful weather that will probably have you outside before 8am, there are free comics, fashion shows, parades, bowling, pizza and plenty more.
Friday, May 1st
Fashion Show | Margo Jones Auditorium | $15 | 7:15pm
Even the Fresh Prince’s mom would agree that you DO go to school for a fashion show, if you live in Denton, Texas that is. It’s time for the Annual Montage Senior Fashion Show for all the fashion majors at TWU. Your older child will enjoy seeing student-produced show, student-made clothing and accessories, and will walk away feeling inspired!
Movie Night | Courthouse Lawn | Free | 8:00pm
Don't forget that we're co-hosting a showing of Edward Scissorhands on the square this evening. Grab a picnic blanket, some snacks, and come watch a Tim Burton classic with us.
Saturday, May 2nd
Free Comic Book Day | More Fun Comics and Games | Free | All Day
There will be plenty of free comics for all age groups at More Fun on Saturday.
