Just how many shoes did the mud of Quakertown Park claim at this year's Jazz Fest? Did you embrace the mud or stay clear? It was definitely an interesting festival this year.
Nothing will stop teenagers from hanging out in the creek at the Denton Arts and Jazz Festival. Hell, even if there were crocodiles or leeches in that water they'd still be in it.

Doug Burr had an album release show at Dan's on Friday night.
UNT students joined Frank Zappa's bassist, Arthur Barrow, to play an excellent show last week.

This is pretty much how we felt last week, too.
Must have been one of those days when the ground wasn't already wet.
Flatlander's Taco Company held their soft opening over the weekend. We swung by and had a few delicious tacos and some chips and salsa. They'll be officially open with their full menu on Wednesday.
