Free shows at Harvest House are slowly becoming our favorite things ever. Raised Right Men will bring their honky tonk to stage outside at Harvest House tomorrow and we hear that it’s local musician Daniel Markham’s birthday, so be sure to wish him well, too.
2015 Annual CVAD Faculty & Staff Exhibition: Opening Reception | UNT on The Square | 5:30 p.m.
The annual exhibit for UNT’s College of Visual Arts and Design will open on Thursday and closes on December 10th. The opening reception will be hosted by the Institute for the Advancement of the Arts in conjunction with CVAD and will host over 30 different artists work.

When The Well is Dry, We Know the Worth: Neal Paustian | Greater Denton Arts Council | 6:30 p.m. | Free
The opening reception for a new exhibition at the Greater Denton Arts Council will be held on Friday at 6:30 p.m. with an artist talk following at 7 p.m. Watch artist Neal Paustian transform glass and steel into poignant explorations of one of our vital resources, water. The exhibition continues through the end of December.

It’s North Texas Beer Week and what better way to celebrate than by stopping by our newest beer stop on the square and rubbing elbows with the top brewers and brewery owners in the nation? Plus, you’ll be drinking for a good cause as portions of sales will be donated to the Breast Cancer Resource Center of Texas. This is just one of many events Bearded Monk is hosting this week, so go check them out.

Grab your bikes and the kiddos and head to the square to begin a casual bike ride to the Recycling center. There will be a tour of the Pratt Recycling Facility at ECO W.E.R.C.S. Resource Recovery Park and a provided lunch at 11:30 with some guest speakers to follow.
