This weekend fall made it's grand debut. The weather was great, and we found more than enough to do to keep us outside for the majority of the weekend. Of course, we made sure to eat plenty of tasty things we'll be telling you about later, we like to call it "research" - it's all for your sake dear friends. At least that's what we'll be telling our trainers. We also made sure to catch a few shows and spend some time hanging on the square.

We treked over to East Dallas to show you guys just how delicious Hypnotic Donuts (the donut place set to open in downtown Denton in early 2014) really, truly are. The things we do for you people. It's rough.

We made sure to be at the Midlake show last week. We're of course always fans of the ever so talented Doug Burr.
Midlake showed us what they're capable now, after all these years. We're pleased to say we're impressed with the new album, Antiphon, and completely smitten with Eric Pulido's voice.
Midlake put on quite the show, with more lights, fog and effects than we've ever experienced at Dan's.
The weather was perfect this weekend, so a few of us celebrated the oncoming fall with a picnic on the square. We chose our spot carefully, right between a group of people listening to Cas Haley sing and some kids playing hacky sack.
