We often find ourselves thinking that Denton needs more great restaurants. Mostly this is because Denton just plain old needs more great restaurants. Now, don't get us wrong. This isn't a slam to our current restaurant scene, but as a person who eats out a good deal, less is not more when it comes to choosing where to have dinner. We have often caught ourselves saying, "we need more restaurants, just not more pizza or burgers," but boy were we wrong.
